      This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation and refund terms for digital products and services purchased through Tessovate platforms (including SaaS products, eBooks, downloads, and subscriptions) under domains operated by Tessovate Technologies Pvt Ltd.


      1. Cancellations

      • Eligibility: Cancellations are accepted within 3 calendar days of placing the order.

      • Non-Eligibility:

        • If the product has already been downloaded, delivered, or provisioned.

        • If third-party fulfillment has already begun.

        • If the product is explicitly marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase.


      2. Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable Products

      The following product categories are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable:

      • Digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, templates) once accessed.

      • Software licenses, activation keys, or automated services once delivered.

      • Promotional offers or bundled products.

      • Any downloadable digital item marked as final sale.


      3. SaaS Product Terms

      • Cancellation is allowed within 3 days of subscription.

      • If cancelled within the valid window, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

      • Usage of the service or exceeding the 3-day period renders the subscription non-refundable.


      4. Defective or Not-As-Described Issues

      • If you receive a product that is defective or materially different from what was described, raise a ticket within 3 days of access or delivery.

      • Our team will assess your concern and decide whether a refund, replacement, or correction is appropriate.


      5. Refund Processing Time

      • If a refund is approved, Tessovate Technologies Pvt Ltd will process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method (e.g., UPI, credit card, wallet).

      • Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment service provider.


      6. Warranty-related Products

      If your product or service includes third-party warranties or support:

      • Reach out to the original manufacturer or third-party provider for resolution.

      • Tessovate Technologies will not be responsible for warranty enforcement beyond what is stated on our platform.


      7. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

      Please email the following details:

      • Order ID

      • Product/Service purchased

      • Reason for cancellation or refund

      • Screenshots or supporting material (if applicable)


      8. Legal Jurisdiction

      All disputes or claims arising from this policy, including any transactions made through Tessovate platforms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka, India.
